4. The Basis of Physical Reality
Our hypothesis suggests a significant change in our comprehension of Nature. In this chapter, we will discuss the reason, the cause behind this hypothesis, and we will examine its full meaning.
We will now presume that the universe is the natural consequence of a fundamental logical principle. Basic concepts of Nature (e.g. time, matter, energy, force, gravity) are a natural result of this principle, as opposed to being irreducible concepts. Hence, this principle gives this paper its name “Geometric Structure”.
This principle results in a geometry, which is non-Euclidean and can be examined more easily through a non-Cartesian coordinate system. However, please note that in this chapter, we will discuss on an abstract geometry, which does not include any physical concepts yet : Space does not contain matter, and time dimension does not contain clock-ticks.
First, let us explain the coordinate system that would help us discussing this geometry and its logical cause.
